Individual sessions provide the most direct way to learn and deepen the practice of Mindful Focusing. During these 50-minute online appointments I will guide you to discover your innate felt sense capacity and support you as you work on challenging life issues, difficult emotions, and overcoming inner obstacles.
You can schedule a single session or a series of sessions, at whatever intervals feel right to you. If you are new to Focusing, a series of three sessions (3-pack) is recommended.
